Where do you hold your teaching sessions?
The small group sessions face to face are held at my home to begin with and thereafter will be at a nearby hall.
The online group sessions are held using platforms such as zoom and Big Blue button both of which are easy to download.
How do you charge for your teaching services?
Payments are made monthly in advance through direct debit and bank transfers.
When do the lessons run and how are they charged?
Lessons run term-time only and are charged on a monthly basis.
What is the cancellation policy?
Every child can have a lesson per term cancelled with 48 hours notice. The price for the session cancelled will be adjusted in the next invoice.
Cancellation notice
You can cancel a lesson unpaid (allowed once per term) by giving 48hrs notice; the money will be adjusted in the next month's invoice.
Any further lessons cancelled within a term will be chargeable and non-refundable.
A months notice is needed to cancel tutoring.
